Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Cedar Park, Texas

What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Texas SLP license and certification (SLP-CCC required)
- School-based SLP experience is required
- Pediatric-focused SLP background, with expertise in evaluation, therapy, and IEP documentation
- Familiarity with the caseload model and comfort working with a variety of student needs
- Ability to work onsite; flexibility to travel between school locations as needed
- Strong organizational skills for managing assessments, therapy planning, and reporting
- Bilingual certification is a plus (not required)
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Lead therapy sessions and group interventions tailored to student needs
- Participate in the creation and management of IEPs; maintain ongoing documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Support compliance with district and state regulations
