Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Experience providing speech therapy in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and dedication to inclusive, student-centered care
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and school teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Monitor progress, assess outcomes, and maintain detailed documentation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate actively in student support meetings
