Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Familiarity with assessments, individualized intervention, and IEP documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
What You'll Do:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy for students with articulation, language (receptive/expressive), fluency, social-pragmatic, and AAC needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support students with a range of needs, from mild to severe, adapting strategies to help every child succeed
- Participate in professional development and team meetings
