- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current (or eligibility for) state licensure and certification
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and certificate of clinical competence (CCC) holders
- Prior experience in a school setting is an advantage but not required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to support a diverse K-12 caseload (final caseload details are still being determined)
- Flexible attitude towards scheduling and assignment adjustments
- Comfort with on-site work; no virtual/VOCO services required at this time
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students per IEP requirements
- Conduct assessments and monitor progress in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
- Complete timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to help students enhance their communication skills
