Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
- Open to SLPs holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in a school-based setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and develop therapy goals based on best practices
- Work alongside educators, parents, and other professionals to monitor and support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and prepare required documentation
- Share strategies and resources with staff and families to foster student development
- While caseload specifics are still being finalized, flexibility and adaptability are important
- Onsite services only; virtual/remote work is not available at this time
