Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Prior experience working in educational settings, preferably with K–5 students
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable managing a caseload of around 50 students
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs
- No teletherapy for this role—on-site presence required
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment and intervention plans
- Participate in student assessment meetings and IEP team discussions
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Offer guidance and support for classroom staff on communication strategies
