Key Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for eligible students in kindergarten through fifth grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting goals and methodologies as needed
- Maintain thorough, accurate records for each student, tracking progress and compliance with IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other school professionals to support student outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings, sharing recommendations and progress as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Address speech, language, articulation, and communication disorders to help students achieve educational success
