Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and active SLP license in Michigan
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to onsite work—virtual arrangements are not available for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services and consultative support
- Participate in school-based meetings and collaborate with colleagues on integrated services
