What You'll Need:
- Current Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience with K-12 populations strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to working onsite throughout the assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Document progress and maintain thorough, compliant records
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and school-based initiatives
- Adapt therapy techniques to support diverse learners at all grade levels
