What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of best practices for IEP development and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and organization skills
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students within elementary grade levels
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Utilize evidence-based approaches in both individual and small-group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance requirements
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and staff trainings as needed
