Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field; current SLPA licensure required
- Previous experience working with children or within educational settings, preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow therapy plans established by a supervising SLP
- Positive, flexible attitude and readiness to adapt in a dynamic school environment
- Willingness to work on-site and ability to support a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy sessions under SLP supervision
- Support student progress by implementing individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and record student performance and therapy outcomes
- Maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere in sessions
- Collaborate with teaching staff, SLPs, and families to share progress and strategies
- Prepare therapy materials and assist with evaluations as needed
