Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Cambridge, MA

Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP licensure in Massachusetts (MA) required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school, or healthcare-based speech therapy
- ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Solid interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, students, and families
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs for school-aged children a plus
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to K-8 students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and contribute to interdisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with educational standards
- Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the ongoing educational planning process
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and motivating environment
