Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) in California
- Experience with K-8 populations preferred
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities
- Comfortable working onsite exclusively at this time
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for K-8 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans for general and mild student cases
- Deliver direct interventions for students within the school setting
- Maintain consistent documentation of student progress and goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
