Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow applications considered)
- School-based SLP experience, including mild to moderate caseloads; severe case experience a plus
- Knowledge of CA schools’ systems and SEIS strongly preferred
- Comfortable working onsite (remote services not available)
- Ability to supervise and support SLPAs and CFs in a school environment
- Willingness to travel between multiple school sites and adjust assignments during the semester
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, direct therapy, and support to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff across several campuses
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes per school and state guidelines
- Supervise SLPAs and Clinical Fellows as required in accordance with licensure regulations
- Adapt services to best support each unique school community
