School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | El Dorado Hills, California

Flexibility is essential, as assignment locations will be determined in May and may change throughout the semester. Candidates must be comfortable with an itinerant schedule and willing to travel within the county to meet the needs of diverse caseloads.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid California SLP license (CCC required); consideration also given to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs with on-site SLP supervision
- Prior experience in school-based settings or with SEIS documentation is highly preferred
- Versatility in managing mild to moderate caseloads, with some potential for severe cases
- Enthusiasm for working with varying group sizes and adapting to assignment changes
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate within the El Dorado County region (this is an on-site only role; teletherapy not an option)
Duties and Expectations:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and document student progress and performance
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic support
- Maintain compliance with California state requirements and local district practices
- Provide supervision to support staff as needed
