Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or application in process
- Previous experience providing SLP services in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule across multiple school sites
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for working with students of diverse backgrounds and ability levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in a K-12 environment
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement targeted interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and track student outcomes in compliance with school and state requirements
- Travel between Crooksville, Marietta, and Switzerland of Ohio school locations as assigned
