Soliant Education is partnering with a supportive school district to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license
Must hold a Tier 3 or Tier 4 SLP license, along with a valid School Speech-Language Pathologist license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based experience is preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
