Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio SLP license required
- Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP candidates will be considered
- Prior experience working with a high school population preferred
- Familiarity with school-based SLP responsibilities and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a maximum caseload of 80 high school students, delivering direct and indirect speech and language therapy services
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, school personnel, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain timely documentation of services, evaluations, and communications in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff professional development, and interdisciplinary team planning
