Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio SLP license required
- Accepting both CCC-SLP and CFY-SLP candidates
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy for high school students, tailored to meet individual education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to track progress and update goals as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting in compliance with school standards
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents to ensure holistic student support
- Consult and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings for IEP development and progress reviews
