In this role, you’ll provide high-quality speech and language services to a diverse student caseload of 36-40 children. Whether you’re an experienced SLP-CCC or a CFY starting your career, your expertise and care will fulfill a vital need for students.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license (CFY candidates are welcome to apply)
- Experience or strong interest in working within school or pediatric settings
- Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and planning individualized therapy for students
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for well-rounded interventions
- Commitment to supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy to preschool-aged children at the daycare center
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports
- Liaise with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
