Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Salem, New Mexico

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working with pediatric and/or K-12 populations
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Solid communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to meeting students where they are and providing individualized intervention
- Enthusiasm for collaborative work with other educators and caregivers
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students identified with speech and language needs
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring as required by IEPs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings alongside school staff and families
- Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to maximize student support in the school environment
