Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This "overflow" position is designed to ensure that every student receives the individualized attention they deserve. You will work alongside our established team to manage caseload fluctuations and provide high-quality intervention across the elementary grade levels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an overflow caseload to ensure all students meet their IEP service minutes.
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
Collaborate with the primary site SLPs to streamline service delivery.
Engage with teachers and parents to support student communication goals.
Requirements
Active New Mexico (NM) State SLP License.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
