Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and school certification in the state.
- Experience providing speech and language services in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of IEP development, special education processes, and data-driven therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students in accordance with IEP objectives.
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting student-specific goals, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student success.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings related to student progress.
