Speech Language Pathologist in Butler, MO

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Missouri
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience delivering therapy via teletherapy platforms preferred
- Prior experience working in a school environment, especially with K-12 or elementary-aged students
- Strong communication abilities with students, families, and staff
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Role Highlights & Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy, both in person and via telepractice as needed, in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Manage a manageable caseload consisting primarily of elementary students, with occasional support for middle and high schoolers
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student growth and participation
- Address articulation, fluency, expressive and receptive language needs
- Complete all required documentation, reporting, and compliance-related duties
- Support faculty and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
