Qualifications:
- Current state certification as a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in Minnesota
- Experience in educational settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to on-site service delivery (remote work not available)
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress and provide regular feedback to stakeholders
- Support students’ academic participation and success through targeted interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing team consultations
