Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Burnsville, Minnesota

Your skills will be utilized to provide a wide range of communication services, ranging from mild to moderate, as well as delivering essential support to students with complex needs—including those who are non-verbal or rely on Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. As part of a collaborative school team, you’ll have the chance to share your expertise and grow professionally.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY) license in Minnesota
- Experience working in schools and/or pediatric settings preferred
- Proficiency supporting students who use AAC devices a plus
- Ability to adapt interventions for a caseload with varied communication needs
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for middle school students
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to support students in reaching their IEP goals
- Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and related service providers
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide training and consultation to staff and caregivers as needed
