Make a significant impact supporting students’ communication and academic success as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity calls for passionate professionals eager to provide on-site SLP services across multiple school sites for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Your role will involve working itinerantly with a diverse caseload, collaborating closely with educational teams, and intervening directly to address students’ speech and language needs. Five positions are available, offering the chance to join a dynamic network of professionals committed to making a difference.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Possession of a Professional License at Level 2, 3, or 4
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel between school sites as part of an itinerant team
- Commitment to on-site instruction (remote or virtual services are not an option)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support educational outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and monitor progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Adapt interventions to meet a range of student needs
