Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Burleson, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Texas
- Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
- Ability and willingness to supervise SLPAs on an elementary campus
- Experience with elementary caseloads of 70-80 students
- Flexibility for itinerant assignments between campuses
- Comfortable collaborating with Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Not open to solely virtual service (Voco) models
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment and therapy services to elementary students with diverse communication needs
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success and carry over of therapy goals
- Manage a manageable caseload (70-80 students per campus) while traveling to assigned elementary buildings as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Maintain accurate records for documentation and compliance
