School Speech Language Pathologist - Arlington, Texas

Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current Texas licensure or ability to obtain
- Prior school-based SLP experience
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues and engaging families
- Comfort with supervising SLPAs and providing guidance
- Willingness to support Clinical Fellows
- Not a virtual or teletherapy position
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Supervise SLPAs on campus, offering expertise, oversight, and mentorship
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for comprehensive student support
- Document progress and maintain compliance with relevant policies
- Travel between assigned campuses as part of an itinerant service model
