Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification required
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in schools
- Prior experience working in a school setting, preferably with an elementary caseload
- Ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with SLPAs
- Strong organizational skills for managing an itinerant schedule across campuses
- Commitment to supporting students’ communication needs in a diverse educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse group of elementary students
- Oversee and mentor SLPAs, ensuring compliance with service delivery and best practices
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and campus staff to foster student growth
- Manage an itinerant assignment, providing services at multiple campus locations
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
