Stepping into this role, you’ll gain valuable supervisory experience by leading SLPAs at an elementary campus and managing a diverse workload of 70-80 students per campus. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC and Texas licensure (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience providing services in school settings
  • Comfortable with elementary caseloads and full school-year commitments
  • Supervisory experience (or strong aptitude) for leading SLPAs
  • Open to supporting Clinical Fellows (CFs); willing to train and mentor
  • Not a virtual/teletherapy (Voco) position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech/language therapy to elementary students
  • Supervise and support SLPAs; collaborate on student care plans
  • Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and manage documentation
  • Provide itinerant services across multiple campuses as needed
  • Foster communication between staff, students, and families
