- Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with staff and families.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to elementary students, targeting a range of communication needs.
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs, offering guidance and support in accordance with school and professional standards.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Evaluate and document student progress, maintaining accurate records and crafting individualized treatment plans.
