Key Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Eligibility to work as an SLP in school settings
- Experience or strong interest in evaluation, documentation, and case management
- School-based SLP practice or related pediatric setting experience preferred
- Effective communicator and enthusiastic team collaborator
- Skilled in IEP development and participation
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and guide SLPAs across two school sites
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and re-evaluations
- Oversee IEP case management, ensuring compliance and progress monitoring
- Maintain clear, organized, and timely documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Serve as a point of contact for parents, staff, and administrators regarding speech language services
- Support a student caseload (predominantly ages K-12) of approximately 120 students, primarily from an oversight and evaluative stance rather than direct service
