Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license (required)
- SLP Educator Certificate (required)
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be current)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Experience working in school-based or early childhood settings is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads and adjust to varying responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve preschool students and participate in Child Find evaluations, supporting early identification and intervention
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services according to students’ IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and participate actively in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Flexibly manage a caseload that may fluctuate based on evaluation and direct therapy demands
