Key Qualifications:

- Comfort with multisite assignments and managing a larger caseload
- Effective communication and collaborative skills with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Manage a high caseload, with approximately 50% being non-[ub, ensuring focused support for those with greater needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with school teams
- Engage in collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as required
- Travel between assigned school sites, adapting to the unique needs of each learning environment
