Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid SLP-CCC certification
- Licensed (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
- Previous experience in school-based and pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume, multisite caseload independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to P-12 students
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and district requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and trainings
