Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Indiana
- Experience working in schools and with pediatric populations
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Previous multisite or P-12 school experience is a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services for students with a variety of communication needs
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records and contribute effectively to meetings and case conferences
