Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in pediatric and school-based SLP roles strongly preferred
- Competence in providing services to a broad range of ages (Pre-K through Grade 12)
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a multisite caseload effectively
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to students across multiple campus locations
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized interventions for a diverse student body
- Collaborate with teaching staff, support personnel, and parents/guardians to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain accurate documentation for evaluations, treatment, progress, and compliance purposes
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and support comprehensive student development
- Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting interventions to meet varied needs
