Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Active state licensure for speech-language pathology
- Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Experience or clear passion for working with pediatric populations in educational settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
- Develop personalized intervention plans and implement evidence-based therapy techniques
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Keep accurate records and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
