Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license (or eligibility) in Massachusetts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Team-oriented attitude with a flexible, positive approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver evidence-based group and individual therapy sessions within school environments
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student needs and accommodations
