Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Brockton, MA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license (or eligibility) in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Team-oriented attitude with a flexible, positive approach to problem-solving
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based group and individual therapy sessions within school environments
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student needs and accommodations
