Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state licensure for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience within a school setting preferred
  • Strong skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet educational goals
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your observations and recommendations
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and current technology to enhance therapy delivery
