Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience within a school setting preferred
- Strong skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet educational goals
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your observations and recommendations
- Utilize evidence-based practices and current technology to enhance therapy delivery
