Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Experience working with school-aged children, including IEP development and implementation
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs using formal and informal assessment tools
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ unique goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Deliver services through a variety of models, including individual and group sessions
- Consult with educators, paraprofessionals, and parents to support generalization of skills in the classroom and beyond
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
- Provide progress reports and recommendations to support student growth
