Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing vital extended school year (ESY) services for K-12 students. This contract position runs from July 6, 2025, through August 7, 2025, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 30 hours per week (6 hours daily). You’ll play a key role in supporting students’ communication needs during the summer, helping them maintain and build essential skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC certification required
  • Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Safe Care Certification preferred
  • Previous experience working in school settings (K-12 population a plus)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, caregivers, and educational staff
  • Ability to plan and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evaluation and therapy services to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and participate in ESY IEP meetings as needed
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other educators and service providers to ensure a holistic approach to student support
  • Provide strategies and resources for parents and teachers to help reinforce progress outside of direct therapy
