Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA, or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
  • California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
  • Develop and customize IEP goals based on assessment data and student needs
  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions and monitor progress
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom integration
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to district and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
