Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP state licensure for Massachusetts
- SLP-CCC or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply
- School-based SLP experience is highly preferred
- Strong skills in providing both direct and indirect speech therapy services
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 10 hours/week of direct therapy services, supporting students in ESY programming
- Complete 2 hours/week of indirect services (documentation, planning, collaboration)
- Work across two buildings: elementary and middle/high school
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers and ESY staff to support student IEP goals
