School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bristol, Connecticut

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CT SLP CCC license (required)
- Previous experience working in school settings, preferably with K-2nd grade students
- Competence and confidence in supervising both CFs and SLPAs—prior supervision experience is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students in K-2nd grade
- Oversee and support a Clinical Fellow and SLPA, ensuring compliance with all supervision standards
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement thoughtful, effective intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support progress monitoring and regulatory compliance
