Soliant is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Bridgeport, Connecticut for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and goal development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Support students across a variety of communication needs

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Connecticut SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
  • Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
