What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license; ASHA certification or Clinical Fellowship eligibility required
- Experience or genuine interest in working with students from Pre-K to 8th grade
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and fellow specialists
- Adaptability and confidence to manage caseloads across one to two schools
- Passion for fostering communication growth in children of diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation following school and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student progress
