School Speech Language Pathologist - Meriden, CT

Preferred candidates will possess:
- A valid SLP CCC or be completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior or relevant exposure to school-based speech therapy
- Passion for working with teens and young adults in an educational setting
- Solid organizational skills and effective communication with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate, diagnose and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy tailored to a high school caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive student care
- Write progress reports, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster an inclusive, supportive space that encourages student growth and achievement
