Role Requirements:
- Active CT State SLP License and Educator Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Demonstrated experience in a school setting
- Comfortable with full-time, onsite work
- Flexible with caseload and grade level assignments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services in a school environment
- Manage a varied student caseload (grade levels to be determined)
- Collaborate with education teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain meticulous documentation and progress reports
- Adapt interventions to meet the evolving needs of students
