Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC-SLP credential
- Prior experience working in K-12 school settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage a districtwide caseload
- Flexibility to provide services across multiple sites as needed
- Commitment to in-person work—remote options are not available for this role
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver direct therapy services to students
- Support students with a wide range of speech and language needs in both individual and group settings
- Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and consult with staff and families to ensure holistic student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Adapt service delivery and intervention plans as needed based on student data and team feedback
