Qualifications & Experience:
- Holds current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or is in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Licensed or eligible for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest working with K-12 students
- Background in pediatric and school-based settings highly desirable
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with a variety of speech and language needs across K-12 classrooms
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support student academic and social success
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to intervention strategies
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all students
